Payment is due 30 days from the date of enrollment
Club Member Agreement & Enrollment Policy Club Memberships are valid until the end of
August 2007. The Club membership is valid for the student in
which it is assigned and may not be used by any other person.
Classes are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Seating is limited. We
urge you to register for classes as soon as possible. Classes may be
scheduled as follows:

Please inclue in the email the student's name, email address, and
the class or classes they are signing up for.
If a class is full, you may be placed
on the waiting list. You will be notified only if cancellations occur
and space is available. Please arrive at New Horizons 20 minutes
prior to class start to ensure proper check-in and seating. If you are
more than 15 minutes late for class, your seat may be given away. If
you anticipate being late, please call New Horizons and notify the
receptionist. Your seat will be held up to 30 minutes from the start of
class. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will not be admitted
into class.
Cancellation Agreement If you cannot attend a class for which you
hold a reservation, please notify New Horizons at least TWO business
days prior to the date of the class. Club Members may be assessed a $50
fee per class if cancellation is not received as outlined above. The
$50 fee must be paid before taking any other classes. If you can not
attend, please cancel as soon as possible. We will confirm your
attendance approximately seven days prior to class as clients on the
waiting list need time to arrange their schedules. If any emergency
arises inside of the seven-day window, please call and cancel
immediately to accommodate others on the waiting list. You may
repeat classes of the same version at no additional cost as many times
as required within your membership time period.
I have read and understand New
Horizons’ Club Membership Agreement. I agree to pay the $50
cancellation fee if I do not attend or properly cancel a class in which
I hold a reservation and I understand that the cancellation fee must be
paid before I can attend any future classes.
