Open Forum Classroom

New Horizons of Lexington is
expanding it's reach. We are now offering training in Somerset
& Henderson with Pikeville in the works. We have teamed up with
the KCTCS to offer this new concept at the local Community College.
The Open Forum concept was
created to help our students gain the knowledge and skills needed to
be a successful in the IT industry. Our Open Forum Classroom
was designed around our Mentored Integrated
Learning Concept only with more flexibility and time to complete
the training. Our Open Forum Classroom will be available from
10am - 10pm, Monday - Friday. You will have the ability to come
and go as you please. A typical 5-day technical class will take
approximately 30 hours to complete. See below to learn more
about how this environment can be beneficial for you.

How it Works |
|
Our Open Forum Classroom is setup very
similar to that of traditional training, but with much added
flexibility. Each student will have access to their own
workstation, learning guide and certified courseware. The
learning guide and courseware can both be taken home after
the class for study and review. The student will begin by
logging in and actually taking the course via a self-paced
instructor-led environment. The student will be able to
watch, listen and read along as they proceed in taking the
course. If he/she has any questions at all our Certified
Instructor/Mentor will be in class with the student to answer
them. Each student will be able to work at their own pace
and stop or start as they please. Labs and exercises will be
available as well to help in the understanding of the topics
at hand. The goal of the Open Forum classroom is to allow
you to get the training you need when you need it. Each
student will sign in and out of class and are expected to
spend at least 30 hours in the classroom for a typical 5 day
technical class. |
